$46 Day Trip to Atlantic City
Being a member of Spirit’s $9 Fare Club gave me the chance to spend a day in Atlantic City for just $23 each way. That’s just $46 round trip!
The flight departed Detroit at 8:10 a.m. and arrived in Atlantic City at 9:40 a.m. We had seven hours to hang out and explore Atlantic City before departing at 4:40 p.m. and arriving back in Detroit at 6:40 p.m. It really is possible to do a lot in just seven hours. From the airport, we paid $10 to take a shuttle to the boardwalk area. We shopped around a bit, stopped for a beer, had lunch, strolled the famous boardwalk, and tried out our luck in the casinos. What a fun day!
