Kentucky Bourbon Trail Part 21

Way back in April I began my Kentucky Bourbon Trail odyssey, gathering stamps at every location in my book. Eventually, after many trips, tastings, and tours, and even spilled coffee, I filled my passport book. Once it was full with stamps from all ten distilleries, I took it to the Visitor’s Center in downtown Louisville and presented it to the friendly lady behind the desk. She stamped it, tore out the last page, and presented me with this shirt.

If you look closely, the bottles are shaped like the marquee brands for each participating member of the tour.

For those of us who have caught the whiskey bug, there’s a Craft Tour passport. The reward for visiting the thirteen participating craft distilleries is a commemorative julep cup.
