Quick Walking Tour of Copenhagen

Just a few pictures of this beautiful city.  For more information, link back to the full post on this trip.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a lot of time in Copenhagen before we had to move on to Sweden. We had time for a quick walking tour and dinner. Getting to the mermaid was a bit of challenge and when we arrived, trying to get a decent picture proved to be even more of a challenge (note the hand in the bottom left of the picture). There was a family who was allowing the children to climb on the statue. The parents hadn’t a care in the world and were oblivious to the fact that many people were waiting for their children to get out of the way before taking a picture. When the children finally left, I was able to get a shot or two with full zoom before my camera battery died.  That battery should have been thrown away years ago. I have updated my batteries so that won’t happen again.
