Markets
Everybody around the world has to eat. It’s a basic human requirement. Much of the world economy is driven by the need to fill people’s bellies with food, which some people grow, some transport, and others buy in bulk and sell to the public. It keeps people busy and provides income to everybody along the way. I love wandering around in them when traveling because I see things we don’t have at our local Kroger. And they make great photos! All of these are from Querétaro, Mexico.
Coffee is fun all over the world.
The fruits and vegetables are typically the most colorful.
Displays of fish are often quite different from what we see at home.
I love all the old scales. It’s like a step back in time.
And the delivery trucks remind me of my youth, helping my father deliver produce during the summer.
Some of my favorite things are commerce and manufacturing. Happy shopping.
