MB Rowland – Craft Tour #11
Leaving Casey Jones I headed to the closest distillery, MB Rowland. Again, I had no expectation and sometimes that works out well and others I have to settle for a bit of a lesser experience.
This location had a bit smaller footprint than Casey Jones but was the second of the three distilleries that make up the State Line Whiskey Tour. I wasn’t able to secure a tour so I settled for a tasting.
EntranceI don’t have awesome photos but the tasting made up for it. There were a number of peated American whiskeys that blew my socks off. A couple of those bottles are now on my shelf, waiting for an occasion to pull the cork and talk with Bella about our next travel destination. Soon…
