$65 Cruise to Offer Daily Departures from West Palm Beach

My favorite cruise just go better. On December 12, 2017, Bahamas Paradise Cruise-line announced that they are adding a second ship to its fleet. What’s so good about this? It means that there will be a departure from the Port of West Palm Beach every day instead of every other day. Now one can leave any Friday or Saturday of the month instead of every other one. Before it was necessary to make sure a boat was leaving on the intended travel date. Not anymore! If you see a great airfare deal to either FLL or PBI, go ahead and book it because there will be a ship going.

The new ship will be called the Grand Classica and will start service in April of 2018 and will hold 1680 guests.

Bahamas Paradise ships are older:  Grand Celebration built in 1986 and Grand Classica built in 1991, but the ships’ age doesn’t take away from having a fun and inexpensive weekend at sea. One just needs to go in expecting basic comforts and not expecting the level of service offered on Princess Cruises and one will be just fine.

I am really looking forward to sailing on the new ship and will post an update once I do.
