Granada, Nicaragua

One of my favorite cities in Central America is Granada, Nicaragua.  The city is easily accessible by taxi from the airport in Managua.  Upon arriving, one will fall in love with the colonial town square and the many restaurants in the city. I attended a Spanish class in Granada. More on that in this post.

Prices are low in Nicaragua so it should be no surprise that Granada has become a retirement haven for many Americans.  Check it out.
