Cartagena Chiva Party Bus

No one who goes to Cartagena can help but notice the buses that pass by that are full of music, laughter, and fun.  This bus tour is called the Chiva Bus, and if you’re looking for something to do at night there’s nothing like the Chiva party bus experience of Colombia.

Pick up from the hotel is around 7:00 p.m.  Each row of the bus is issued one bottle of whiskey, a two litter bottle of Pepsi, and cups.

There is a live band on the bus that starts things off until the driver switches over to club music and various dance contests.

The bus drives around Cartagena and makes a stop at a park for a dance lesson and a typical snack.  After is a chance to walk around a bit a take pictures.

The bus arrives at a club at 10:45 for one hour and is back for pickup by 11:45.  The music continues to rock until everyone is back to his/her hotel around midnight.
