Machu Picchu

I was reluctant to post these pictures because the quality of pre-DSLR photos does not compared to DSLR photos.  Nonetheless, I want to share one of my favorite places with you.

Getting to Machu Picchu can easily be arranged in Cuzco. There are numerous tour operators who will arrange the trip for you in the main square.  We took a train from Cuzco to Aguas Calientes which took almost three and a half hours.  From the train station, we took a bus up the curving road to Machu Picchu.  Bucket list item fulfilled.  Such a neat site.
